El 42% de los trabajadores españoles se declara satisfecho: En línea con Italia, pero lejos de Alemania y Reino Unido.

  • Estos son datos recogidos en el estudio ‘The human factor: people and companies in the new global dynamics of work’, elaborado por Gi Group Holding, en el que se analiza la satisfacción actual de los trabajadores, y los factores que influyen en sus prioridades respecto al empleo ideal de diferentes países de Europa, entre ellos, España.
  • La formación es un factor clave para los trabajadores. En España, más de la mitad así lo reconoce, mientras que en Portugal ese dato se sitúa en el 71%, el porcentaje más elevado de los países europeos analizados.
  • La conciliación entre la vida laboral y personal es uno de los aspectos más demandado por los trabajadores de todos los países examinados. En el caso de España, ese porcentaje roza el 70%. 
  • Búsquedas de empleo en webs y envío de CVs como respuesta a anuncios laborales son las formas más habituales a la hora de buscar trabajo. Las compañías de RR.HH. siguen considerándose como la vía para conectar oferta y demanda.

Madrid, 19 de diciembre de 2024. Las recientes transformaciones económicas y sociales han llevado a una redefinición de las prioridades laborales de trabajadores y candidatos. La búsqueda de empleo se vincula cada vez más a condiciones no sólo económicas, sino también relacionadas con el bienestar personal. Por tanto, las empresas que favorecen el teletrabajo, las oportunidades de crecimiento profesional y la adquisición de nuevas habilidades, entre otros aspectos, se han convertido en las más deseadas por los trabajadores.

En este contexto, Gi Group Holding, multinacional de RRHH que ofrece soluciones 360º, ha realizado el estudio “The human factor: people and companies in the new global dynamics of work”, en el que ha analizado 12 países de Europa, Asia y América del Sur con el objetivo de conocer cuál es el escenario laboral actual y la satisfacción de los trabajadores.

Así, según este estudio, el nivel de satisfacción actual de los trabajadores, en general, es positiva. En el caso de España, el 42% de los encuestados reconoce estar satisfecho laboralmente, el mismo porcentaje que en Italia y 8 puntos por encima de Francia. Por el contrario, ese dato se queda lejos del 54% y 57% de británicos y alemanes respectivamente, que reconocen estar más satisfechos en su puesto laboral. 

Los trabajadores dicen sí a la formación

De acuerdo con este estudio, la remuneración económica es importante para los trabajadores. Casi 7 de cada 10 españoles así lo declara, situándose por delante de países como Italia (66%) o República Checa (64%). En el otro lado de la balanza se sitúa Francia, donde sólo la mitad de los encuestados asegura dar importancia al salario.

Otro de los factores al que los empleados otorgan un gran valor es la necesidad de profundizar y actualizar constantemente sus habilidades, tanto para crecer internamente, como para cambiar de empresa. En torno al 60% de los encuestados destaca la importancia de la formación. En el caso de España, ese porcentaje se sitúa en el 54%, por debajo de países como Italia y Reino Unido, con un 59% y 58% respectivamente, y lejos de Portugal, donde más de 7 de cada 10 encuestados así lo asegura. Por tanto, las empresas están llamadas, por un lado, a desarrollar programas específicos dedicados a fortalecer, actualizar y ampliar las habilidades de sus empleados, y por otro, a apostar por la innovación, para convertirse en compañías atractivas para los candidatos.

«La formación es el puente entre las necesidades del presente y las oportunidades del futuro. Equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal, ¿es posible?

La necesidad de conciliación entre la vida familiar y el trabajo es el factor que recibe más consenso en los países analizados. En particular, en España se sitúa en el 69%, superado únicamente por Reino Unido, con un 71% y Portugal con un 78%, y por delante de otros países europeos como Italia, (65%), Alemania (68%) y Francia (59%).

En este sentido, las soluciones híbridas, que surgieron durante la pandemia, han ayudado a crear una fuerte conciencia sobre su potencial entre los trabajadores. Este aspecto contribuye de forma positiva en el equilibrio entre el mundo laboral y personal, ya que la posibilidad de trabajo remoto cambia profunda y positivamente la vida laboral diaria, especialmente de aquellos trabajadores que están involucrados  en el cuidado de familiares o que deben desplazarse hasta su puesto de trabajo. Así, en general, el 70% de los encuestados considera este factor muy significativo, mientras que, por países, más del 80% de los encuestados en la República Checa lo reconoce. Por detrás se sitúan países como Reino Unido (83%), Francia (77%) o Alemania (68%). En el caso de España, casi 6 de cada 10 encuestados apuestan por soluciones híbridas, por delante de Italia (56%), Francia y Polonia, ambas con un 52%.

El entorno laboral, clave para los trabajadores

La empresa no es únicamente un lugar de trabajo, los trabajadores quieren que sea un entorno laboral que se caracterice por un espíritu colaborativo donde predominen las buenas relaciones con compañeros y superiores. La importancia de esta colaboración entre iguales, en concreto, es particularmente destacada en Portugal, donde casi 6 de cada 10 lo reconocen. Por detrás, se sitúan países como Alemania (54%), España e Italia, ambas con un 52%. En el lado opuesto, se encuentran los polacos, con un 36% y los franceses, con un 42%.

Por otro lado, según el estudio de Gi Group Holding, entre las oportunidades que una compañía puede ofrecer a los empleados se encuentran los programas dedicados al bienestar y al cuidado de la salud. La realidad es que la búsqueda de empleo o la decisión de permanecer en una empresa pueden verse influenciada por la existencia de este tipo de programas, que responden a la demanda de valorar el cuidado de la salud. La presencia de programas de bienestar demuestra ser particularmente importante en países como Italia (58%), España (56%), Reino Unido (52%) o Alemania (53%). Por el contrario, los países que menos preferencia dan a este tipo de programa son República Checa (41%), Francia (44%) y Polonia (46%).

¿Cómo buscan empleo los candidatos de hoy en día?

Pero ¿ha cambiado la forma de encontrar trabajo? Según este estudio, las búsquedas de empleo online y el envío de CVs en respuesta a anuncios laborales se sitúan como los métodos más comunes: en ambos casos, más del 40% de los encuestados indica que utiliza estos canales para encontrar trabajo. En concreto, el uso de webs de búsqueda de empleo es la opción más frecuente en el Reino Unido (57%), República Checa (55%) y Alemania (42%), mientras que el envío de CVs en respuesta a anuncios de trabajo prevalece en Portugal (56%), Polonia (56%), Francia (46%), Italia (44%) y España (43%).

Según el estudio de Gi Group Holding, en los últimos años, algunos canales han crecido, como es el caso del uso de LinkedIn, que aumenta especialmente entre los candidatos en España: casi 4 de cada 10 encuestados reconoce utilizarlo, mientras que, en Alemania, sólo el 25% lo asegura. Asimismo, crece la opción de enviar el CV a cazatalentos especializados en el sector. Entre los países que mayoritariamente recurren a esta práctica se sitúa Reino Unido (22%), España y República Checa, ambos con un 17%.

Otra de las prácticas a las que recurren los trabajadores es el llamado boca a boca, especialmente entre amigos y conocidos. Para muchos de ellos, es el canal más efectivo. De hecho, este método muestra la tasa de conversión más alta, en Alemania, (84%), Francia (77%) e Italia (58%). En el caso de España, más de la mitad asegura la eficacia de esta fórmula para encontrar un empleo, casi 10 puntos por encima de Portugal (42%).

Por último, las compañías de Recursos Humanos siguen desempeñando un papel fundamental al conectar la oferta y la demanda del mercado laboral. Su especialización en la inserción laboral, su compromiso constante con los candidatos y las empresas para satisfacer las necesidades de ambas partes, proporcionando servicios de orientación, desarrollo de habilidades, mejora de competencias y reconversión profesional son una vía para encontrar trabajo para un 20% de los españoles encuestados. Una cifra sólo superada por italianos, con un 28%, y Reino Unido, con un 21%.
